I recently enjoyed a fantastic stay here, as it was just a short walk to both the beautiful Hyde Park, about 1.5 km away, and the fascinating Natural History Museum, less than 2 km from the hotel, which were perfect for my weekend city strolls.

I just spent my birthday at Jumeirah Carlton Tower, and the experience was incredibly special. Upon arrival, we were welcomed by friendly staff who quickly attended to us. The check-in was seamless, and our room was immaculate, boasting a stunning city view. I found a personalized 30th birthday cake waiting for me, which was such a delightful surprise! The staff truly exceeded my expectations, decorating our room with rose petals, creating a romantic ambiance. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Breakfast in the Rib Room was a highlight too, offering a diverse menu with traditional and healthy options that left everyone satisfied. on the downside, I noticed some staff members discussing other customers during breakfast, which felt unprofessional. I had to ask multiple times for cutlery and even fetched it myself on one occasion.

The Superior Room with access to the Cadogan private gardens was nice decor-wise, but honestly, it felt a bit underwhelming. The bed was okay, but didn’t wow me. I expected more comfort for a luxury spot. The views were decent, though, and I appreciated the private garden access!
